1. Stocking raw materials/subsidiary materials
Raw materials and subsidiary materials purchased for production are warehoused and organized by strict inventory system to minimize stock. Also in order to maintain the optimal condition for production, the materials are well managed, discarding out of date stock.

2. Content producing
At the production field, we carry out producing work without any error, through a standard action procedure. We produce cosmetics by inputting correctly estimated raw materials into manufacturing facilities, dissolution, emulsification, dispersion, cooling, filtering, etc.

3. Filling up, Packing
From filling up to packing, we carry out works based on strictly established standard action procedure so that any foreign substances will not be included into cosmetics. And in readiness for urgent requests, we control the delivery time limit fulfillment rate through real time monitoring system.

4. Quality test
After completing tests by each procedure, the products produced and packed in a systematic and clean environment get ready to be shipped as complete products only after passing a final quality test.

5. Product shipment
When complete products that has passed every quality test procedure are transferred to the product warehouse, after outbox work in the warehouse by distribution C/V system they are distributed and shipped. This process is operated by a computerized system that optimized distribution flow of standardization, regulation and speeding up.
